The Clorox Company Procure to Pay Operations Manager in Alpharetta, Georgia
The Procure to Pay (P2P) Operations Manager -- Alpharetta is a business partner to the various U.S. businesses functions including: Product Supply Organization, Contract Manufacturing, Information Technology, and Finance, amongst others, which support our US businesses (e.g. Brita, Cat Litter, Charcoal, Food, GLAD, Laundry, Home Care, and potentially other acquisitions). As the Procure to Pay Operations Manager, you will partner with our third party outsourcing organization in the delivery of procure to pay services (e.g. procurement support, contract (co-pack) manufacturing support, vendor maintenance support, others) with an annual volume of $4+ billion; as well as, have the opportunity to shape and re-define these service areas for the future. You will also develop strong leadership and influencing skills by partnering with an outsourced organization and various internal customers.
The successful candidate will be eager to have an immediate impact while demonstrating a mindset of continuous improvement. This position has a high level of visibility and exposure to senior managers and directors of the Global Strategic Sourcing and Product Supply Operations groups, Finance/Forecast Managers, plant controllers, the Procure to Pay Leadership team and the V.P. of the Global Business Services.
Management, coaching and training of the US P2P operations group (6 people)
Partner with third party in the delivery of procure to pay services
Identify and/or implement process changes to improve the overall efficiency/effectiveness of the Procure to Pay sub-processes
Provide analytical support to the business unit/functional partners
Provide process leadership to an outsourced organization
Lead the development/update of P2P related policy and procedure
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Management, procurement or a related technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
6+ years of work experience (experience managing procurement operations a plus)
Ability to drive performance improvement across a teams
