The Clorox Company Shopper Insights Manager, Walmart & Sam's Club in Bentonville, Arkansas
The Shopper Insights Manager will support the Walmart and Sam's Club Customers as the shopper insights expert. You will translate learning into insights and business recommendations that will support and drive our retail, category, and brand growth strategies.

Leverage custom research, syndicated data, and shopper/consumer data to proactively identify business opportunities
Integrate insights and data from multiple sources into a cohesive and holistic story to drive sales and category growth initiatives
Effectively communicate insights to the right audience (sales, marketing, category management, brand, or retailers) in a way that enables the person to drive strategy and make impactful business decisions
Deliver on commitments with clarity in a timely manner
Ensure that key sales, category, and shopper marketing plans are reflective of changing shopper need states and behavior (i.e. Future of Purchase, Omni-Shopping)
Model and promote a shopper-first mentality throughout the organization through active immersion, communication of consumer and shopper learning, and sharing of insights
Years and Type of Experience
4 or more years of Customer/Consumer Insights and/or Analytical Business Experience Skills and Abilities
Business Acumen- Strong understand of business operations and passion to play an active role to help business partners drive towards volume and profit targets
Results Oriented-- Ability to take multiple data points and synthesize into an actionable insight story to drive business impact
Technical Research Skills- Must have experience with traditional market and consumer research sources- Quantitative, Qualitative, Syndicated Data.
Analytical- Solid analytical skills with the ability to solve problems using various data sets
Communication- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and persuasive skills. Ability to influence and display strong presentation skills in a variety of settings.
Organized- Ability to multi-task, adapt, and manage time effectively. Education level/degree
Bachelor's Degree Required
Strongly preferred: Market Research experience
Nice to Have: ecommerce or Data Science experience
