Your role at Clorox:
Sumaremos a nuestro equipo de producción un Jefe de Producción. Dentro de los principales desafíos, serás responsable de controlar el proceso productivo, asegurando el cumplimiento de lineamientos de seguridad y calidad. Además, garantizarás la ejecución del programa de producción y liderarás el comité de mejora continua.
También administrarás el área de producción, asegurando el cumplimiento de procedimientos internos, buenas prácticas de manufactura y regulaciones de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente.
In this role, you will:
Como Jefe de Producción serás responsable de:
Controlar el proceso productivo en dos áreas clave: dilución y formulación; y envasado y empaque, que cuenta con tres líneas de empaque. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los lineamientos y procedimientos de seguridad y calidad por parte del personal de producción.
Garantizar el cumplimiento del programa de producción y el control de gastos en las líneas de producción.
Liderar el comité de Gestión de Mejora Empresarial (GME) y coordinar a los líderes de pilares de GME para ejecutar los planes y alcanzar los resultados.
Administrar y dirigir el área de producción, asegurando el cumplimiento del programa de producción en términos de cantidades y tiempos.
Desarrollar al personal a cargo mediante sesiones de feedback, coaching y planes de desarrollo.
Apoyar el lanzamiento de nuevos productos que requieran modificaciones de las fórmulas actuales, implementación de nuevas fórmulas o cambios en materiales de empaque.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de procedimientos internos, buenas prácticas de manufactura, y regulaciones locales e internas de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente.
Planificar y ejecutar el presupuesto de los centros de costo de la planta.
What we look for:
Sumaremos a nuestro equipo a un profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Química o con experiencia laboral equivalente, con entre 5 y 7 años de experiencia demostrable en la industria de consumo masivo. El candidato ideal tendrá un historial en liderar procesos productivos, gestionar equipos, e implementar herramientas de mejora continua como TPM y Lean Manufacturing.
Será valorado:
Manejo de SAP
Conocimiento en procesos de control interno
Competencia en MS Office
Inglés intermedio
