  • Drives both new and existing End User conversion/expanded usage of the Clorox Healthcare portfolio of products within Acute Care facilities in their specified Territory.

  • Works with the Healthcare National Sales Manager to complete on-going analysis of business results vs Plan. Identifies gaps and opportunities, the key drivers behind them, and recommends action plans to address them. Owns all volume and revenue objectives for the Heathcare team.

  • Lead, coaches and develops direct reports (HASM's)

  • Supports connectivity between field sales, sales planning and demand planning. Works with team to utilize insights to drive sales and strong forecasting.

  • Supports relationship with U.S. PPD team, leveraging and supporting key growth initiatives and strategy projects for Canada.

  • Completes customization of presentations to ensure they are Distributor/End User specific. Builds relationships with distributor network and breaks down barriors for their team to set them up for success.

  • Helps to coordinate and actively participates in National/Regional Trade & Association events as appropriate.

Key responsibilities

Lead, Coach and Develop HASM team

Sell in application within healthcare facility

Facilitate training and in-servicing for pre-determined time-frame

Conversion of complete facility and monitor monthly to address potential issues

Monitor volume trends via POS shipments and vrs plan

Fiscal planning of targeted facilities within terrirory -- evergreen process

Position requirements

5 Years of direct hospital sales experience in Cleaning/disinfecting chemical sales.

University degree

Strong analytical and decsion making skills

Strong written and verbal communications skills with particular focus on presentation skills and public speaking.

Prior people management experience

Ability to influence and educate a broad range of personalities & managerial levels.

Self- motivated, self-starter, with strong independent planning & organization skills

Strong computer skills including MSOffice

Strong sense of of ownership, initiative and drive

Skills and Abilities:

Leadership: Must demonstrage leadership through pro-active approach to tasks or projects. Strive towards timely and flawless execution

Decision Making: Must be a priority-oriented persion who can make decisions quickly base don the facts available

Communication skills: Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.

Team Player: Strong collaborative relationships, capable and willing to work for multiple stakeholders.

Initiative: Looking for and recommending new category tactics to build both Clorox's and the customers business on a continual basis.

Time Management: Solid Project / time management abilitites. Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks / categories and buyers
