Your role at Clorox:
As a Fulfillment Network Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of Distribution Centers (DCs) across the U.S. and Canada. This includes driving key performance indicators, managing financial budgets, leading teams, and maintaining compliance. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of Clorox’s fulfillment operations by fostering high-performing partnerships, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
In this role, you will:
Manage and maintain excellent operational performance for assigned DCs, which support Clorox’s U.S. and Canada sales.
Ensure sites meet all environmental, quality, and safety standards and reporting requirements.
Drive continuous improvement in safety, sustainability, product flow, space utilization, on-time shipping/receiving (OTD), inventory accuracy, over-short and damage claims (OSD), and order fulfillment.
Implement corrective actions and preventative measures to maintain high service standards
Build, forecast, and manage a multi-million-dollar budget (>$10M).
Deliver on financial targets and develop cost savings initiatives that align with departmental objectives.
Process and approve supplier invoices up to $250K in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and ERP system requirements, conducting regular cycle counts and audits.
Drive value from high-performing 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) partnerships, utilizing supplier relationship management.
Work with customer supply chain managers, supply chain leads, transportation managers, customer service, quality, supply planning, contract manufacturing, real estate, and finance to minimize service disruptions.
Provide expertise and leadership on supply chain projects, including facility start-ups, quality management, IT improvements, product customization, and customer-specific initiatives.
What we look for:
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 5-7 years in Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, or general operations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science, or Supply Chain or equivalent work experience
Experience in financial budget management.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP.
Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration within the supply chain.
Proven ability to lead and implement supply chain improvements.
Experience in managing 3PL relationships or service vendor partnerships.
Experience in Logistics, including DC Operations, Transportation Management, or Customer Service leadership.
Strong capability in executing daily operations while driving strategic initiatives.
Ability to influence and manage stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Proficiency in developing data-driven plans and reporting on performance metrics.
Adaptable to change, with the ability to work in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
Self-motivated, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Proven talent management and coaching skills to foster team development.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Ability to travel 25-30%.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $104,100 - $199,100
–Zone B: $95,500 - $183,300
–Zone C: $86,800 - $166,600

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
