Project Manager V
Under general direction of either a Program Manager or their associated Project Management leader, oversees high-priority projects, which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration. In alignment with industry recognized project management duties, takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, distributors, and vendors. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Communicates with company executives regarding the status of specific projects.

Responsible to manage all IT aspects of project management as it relates to the delivery of IT projects.
Planning, team management, financials, status reporting, and issue / risk management
Responsible for overall project financial planning, budgeting, and accruals -- Works closely with financial management team.
Responsible for financial management including monitoring the overall reliability of project estimates vs. actual performance.
Engages in budget and financials management and partners with contract management team to review deliverables against contract and verify invoices.
Manages the business outcomes/expectations by establishing and maintaining working relationships with business management, portfolio sponsors, service providers, and technology management.
Partners with business and IT stakeholders to drive clarity on work expectations.
Ensures that intended business outcomes are clear, understood, measurable, and ultimately realized. Communicates issues & status to the affected stakeholders.
Ensures program/project tasks are in place to drive adoption.
Works with Resource Management and Vendor Management to ensure the appropriate resources are planned to execute assigned projects.
Years and Type of Experience:
10+ years formal project management experience managing various types of IT projects (e.g., discovery, software development, infrastructure, capital, business intelligence), IT programs and familiarity of working in a Project Management Office
Experience working with various projects and portfolio management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Office including Project, SharePoint, and Visio, ServiceNow, PPM, Agile/Scrum methods / waterfall)
Evidence of successfully managing diverse project teams (e.g., outsourced, multi-vendor, or geographically distributed)
Skills and Abilities

Excellent with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
BA / BS Degree or relevant experience
Project Management Professional (PMP®) - Desired
