System Engineer IV
Dedicated Operational support role responsible for the support and maintenance of the Clorox AD (Active Directory) environment. The role focuses on working with both onshore and offshore technical teams to quickly identify and resolve AD related issues and minimize business downtime. The role will also be responsible for the operational improvement of the Clorox AD environment including upgrades, enhancements, and policies.

Ensure 24/7 availability of the global AD environment.
Provides Tier 3 escalation support and oversight, as well as monitor day to day operations of AD.
Serves as a key liaison to the Delivery and Architecture teams to provide them information and support around the current AD environment. Will be a technical representative for the Problem, Change and Incident management processes.
Administration and Optimization of AD tools.
Establish and report against operational metrics that clearly articulate the performance, currency, and capability of the AD environment.
Complete accountable for architecting, designing and managing AD environment.
Gather and analyze metrics for the Directory Services system to develop future road map and plan infrastructure migration, redesign, and integration projects.
Work across product life cycles and architecture groups to plan next generation technology structure.
Provide third level technical support for all Active Directory (AD) applications and systems.
Develop and maintain operational support documentation.
Test, plan, and implement Service Packs and Hotfixes.
Design and administer authentication and authorization solutions in multi-forest/multi-domain AD and Lightweight Directory Services (LDS) environments.
Design and implement auditing tools and enhance monitoring for Directory Services.
Document and validate Disaster Recovery Process.
Design replication model for AD, DFS-R, Datacenter, and internal sites.
Design Group Policy Objects (GPO) and perform Group Policy Management.
Plan and implement migration projects on AD and Directory supported applications.
Design and implement Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) with external cloud vendors.
Develop and support all products in the Active directory development portfolio.
Information Systems Engineer / Bachelor Degree or Computer Science or equivalent with at least 8+ years of hands on experience
Minimum of 8+ years of experience managing a global Active Directory environment larger than 12K users
Architecture, design of AD environment and leading upgrades
Minimum of 8+ year's relevant IT experience with LDAP standard directories.
Minimum of 8 + Years of experience working in access controls or other relevant information security experience.
Experience working with specific software and/or hardware systems with a specific concentration in one or more areas: Active Directory for 2008/2012/2016 Server Domains, Group Policy, Support MS Windows Server versions 2008/2012 R2, DNS, WINS, DHCP, VB Scripts and Power Shell.
Experience in large enterprise Domain Consolidations and upgrade of active directory environments.
Experience in addressing security audit findings.
Excellent communication skills -- ability to articulate technical designs, strategies and problems to management.
Strong skills on Virtualization -- VMWare, Citrix , Nutanix.
Experience managing and supporting enterprise Active Directory environment for large environments with user base > 10K
Experience in architecting, design and managing complete AD environment.
Experience in playing technical SME role for AD environment
Maintain hygiene of AD environment
- Bachelor's Degree or similar qualifications.
