E-Commerce Key Account Manager (JD.com)

Position summary

This position takes in charge key E-commerce platforms business development for Clorox China. The responsibility includes developing responsible E-commerce platform business strategy, business plan and program design and delivery, new E-commerce platform / import business expansion and relationship building to deliver target NCS and controlling trade spending.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy development preparation work, including but not limiting accessing the landscape, identify key issues & opportunities and draft ideas & strategies in order to deliver the overall business objective

  • Propose business strategy upon responsible E-commerce platforms business

  • Accelerate import business growth on E-commerce platforms by adopting all the E-commerce learning

  • Closely work with Marketing & Trade Marketing team to develop, manage & execute e-commerce Sales and Marketing programs including but not limiting to promotion, creative, email, web, V-chat programs etc.

  • Manage responsible E-commerce platform operations including but not limited to inventory and warehouse, logistics and distribution, sales forecasting management etc.

  • Manage related E-commerce funding within budget including Sales fund (Reduce Revenue) and A&P fund.

  • Work closely with appointed agencies to drive traffic and deliver a superior customer shopping experience for target shoppers, including but not limit to optimizing target store key elements including branding, design, navigation, assortment, site content, traffic generation, and demand generation etc.

  • Develop import business growth strategy, GTM (go-to-market) tactics in China

  • Drive multi-functional alignments to enable the implementation of growth strategy & tactics

Position requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Years and Type of Experience:

  • 2+ years working experiences in managing online retail channels and stores, totally 3+ years professional working experiences (Managing JD.com; Tmall & Taobao business & FMCG industry experiences is a PLUS.)

  • Skills and Abilities

  • Strong ability to build trust with and influencing internal and external business partners

  • Effective working in a fast paced and fluid environment that requires strong ownership, bias for actions, ability to prioritize, and deliver high quality results

  • Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically from developing strategic plans, working with large amount of data, to applying metrics to test hypotheses, develop insights, and quantify results

  • Demonstrating strong learning capabilities on new skills, new methodology etc.

  • People management experiences & skills is a plus.

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.

  • Education Level/Degree:

  • Bachelor degree or above.
