This position takes in charge key e-tailers business development for Burt's Bees China. The responsibilities include managing the business relationship with responsible e-tailers, developing and selling in business plan, program design and implementation in order to deliver target NCS, Profit and controlling trade spending within budget.

Play a key role in China E-commerce business strategy development & input under the leadership of China E-commerce business leader
Propose business strategy upon responsible e-tailers business strategy & priorities
Own the Sales strategy development preparation work for responsible e-tailers, including but not limiting accessing the landscape, identify key issues & opportunities and draft ideas & strategies in order to deliver the overall business objective for responsible e-tailers
Deliver responsible e-tailers Sales (NCS), Profit and E-commerce AMPS target by developing and implementing business operation plans within budget by complying the Company E-commerce strategy
Manage responsible e-tailer operations including but not limited to inventory, warehouse, logistics and sales forecasting management and reporting etc.
Closely work with Marketing & Trade Marketing team to develop, manage & execute e-commerce Sales and Marketing programs in order to grow both short term NCS & Profit and E-com AMPS target and mid-term Burt's Bees brand trial & loyalty
Manage related E-commerce funding within budget including Sales fund (Reduce Revenue) and assigned A&P fund to ensure the compliance with Company policy
Work closely with appointed agencies to drive traffic and deliver a superior customer shopping experience for target shoppers, including but not limit to optimizing target store key elements including branding, design, navigation, assortment, site content, traffic generation, and demand generation etc.
Responsible for building and evolving the E-commerce partnership through driving then delivering the Joint Business Planning (JBP) or aligned priorities for E-commerce Festivals like 618 or 11-11
Lead the trading terms and annual contract negotiation or JBP target & plan alignment
Work out and drive internal alignment about customer business plans upon channel/category strategies in order to deliver aligned JBP or E-comm Festivals target
Years and Type of Experience:
3+ years working experiences in managing online retail channels and stores. (Managing VIP.com, JD.com, Kaola.com business & Skin Care or Baby Care industry experiences will be a PLUS.)
Strong ability to build trust with and influencing internal and external business partners
Effective working in a fast paced and fluid environment that requires strong ownership, bias for actions, ability to prioritize, and deliver high quality results
Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically from developing strategic plans, working with large amount of data, to applying metrics to test hypotheses, develop insights, and quantify results
Demonstrating strong learning capabilities on new skills, new methodology etc.
Skills and Abilities
Advanced skills in MS Office especially in Excel and Powerpoint.
Strong Data Analytical and organizational skills.
Team player, ability to work well with all level of employees.
Strong leadership and proven quick-learning skills are fundamental requests
People management experiences & skills is a plus.
Education Level/Degree: Bachelor degree or above.
