Work with Brand and Brand Engagement to create demand creation and marketing strategy , be the objective source for insights on brand equity, advertising performance and drivers, consumer segmentation, media target activation, social/digital insights
Work with corporate Sales Planning & Category Advisory Services to develop annual business plans for field Sales teams. Be the objective source on category purchase behaviors and foundational consumer insights that shape retailer activation.
Work with R&D to enable consumer-led risk management of product-based profit choices.
Years and Type of Experience:
5-7 years of previous business experience
Market Research/Brand Insight/Shopper insights background
Experience on CPG and in particular, Food brands, preferred
Skills and Abilities
Results Orientation combined with Bold Out of the Box Thinking
A Bachelor's degree is required
Masters of Marketing Research, Behavioral Science or MBA preferred.
