The Global Insights Manager, Innovation will drive business results by leveraging broad-based business knowledge and a high level of functional expertise. They will be responsible for delivering the strategic innovation pipeline by proactively identifying, integrating and leveraging brand, shopper and user insights to: 1) identify new opportunities, 2) amplify the potential of current initiatives, and 3) ensure insights influence enduring strategies. They will manage key research priorities/plans and provide actionable recommendations that drive business results by converting insights to action.

Drive Business Objectives
Drive business growth through relevant new product innovations and develop consumer insights that ensure consumer relevancy and business viability of new product introductions. Includes research to enable new product strategy and new product pipeline development, sizing of new product opportunities, and new product execution elements -- product design and delivery, positioning, pricing, packaging design, placement, etc.
Contribute to the development of the cost savings pipelines by identifying non-value added elements for our consumer.
Develop project learning plans which integrate 3D (Desire - sparking interest through marketing communications, Decide - driving closure at shelf at retail, and Delight - ensuring products delight/meet their needs) consumer/market insights and a solid understanding of the broader business context to make persuasive and actionable recommendations that drive the business and innovation agenda.
Leverage Innovation Insights Resources to Achieve Business Objectives
Ensure development of effective and efficient research plans and manage insights budget and spending to achieve business results
Champion Innovation Insights within the company and build strong cross-functional relationships to become embedded as a critical element of strategic and tactical business decisions
Identify and champion new and emerging research techniques.
Build a World Class Global Insights Organization
Advocate for the Innovation Insights vision to deliver meaningful contributions across Desire, Decide and Delight
Promote an environment where research innovation, experimentation, and constant learning from internal & external environments make ideas bigger and better
Participate in recruiting, training and development initiatives
Years and Type of Experience:
7-10 years of previous business experience with a background in market research or consumer insights
Innovation experience. CPG innovation and product guidance research experience a plus.

BA/BS degree required
Masters of Marketing Research, Behavioral Science or MBA preferred
Anthropology or digital insights/research experience
CPG innovation and product guidance research experience
