Responsible for developing and deploying a cross-channel business plan for the assigned Category and/or Brand. Works with Sales Planning
Director, Sales Planning Team Leader and 3D Planning team to influence development of 18-month Category Plan.
• Engage our People as Business Owners: Coaches, develops, empowers team members as appropriate. Develop individual capabilities to promote growth.
• Drive the Business: Owns cross channel Business Plan for Category or Brand. Exhibits cross-functional leadership and Customer perspective. Responsible to advocate for assigned customers.
• Customer and Category Planning: Recommends integrated customer plan and supports business plan release for assigned Category/Brand. Works with 3D team to influence development of 18 month plan.
• Build Capability to Drive Growth and Eliminate Waste: deploy tools, processes, resources to support organization.
Key Skills, Abilities and Experience Required
5 years of CPG experience
Significant internal (Sales Planning/Marketing) or external (Field/Customer) experience
People management experience beneficial
