Provides administrative support for VPs, IT Senior Directors and teams. In IT, the Administrative Assistant, provides overall administrative support to IT organization. Responsibilities include handling sensitive issues, discrete and frequent communication with Analyst, Managers, Directors and Vice Presidents. In many cases, the Administrative Assistant will support external contacts and managing interactions through email, in person and calls. The Administrative Assistant through each interactive will foster a work environment that is diverse & inclusive and promotes engagement, communication and teamwork within the IT organization and among the IT administration team, executive assistants, admin forums, and across functions. Coordinate special events, projects and IT activities.
Work on projects that support a collaborative, inclusive and engaged IT organization.
Business Support: Manage/execute/run standard business reports and customized reporting needs for Team/Manager.Administrative Support: Coordinates meetings independently, manage travel / calendars, manage key processes, expense management. Distribute Yammer and CloroxWeb announcements.
Maintain IT e-mail mailing lists and ensure they are up to date as employees move.
Administer Human Resources tasks for organization such as onboarding request, MyGPS, etc.
Executes special projects as assigned by Manager.
Administrative Support: Coordinates meetings independently, manage travel / calendars, manage key processes, expense management. Effective in communicating with Team members, key stakeholders, third party/vendors
Manage calendars as needed; arrange and set up meetings (internal & external) efficiently, arrange domestic and international travel (e.g., flights, hotels, passports, visas, etc.) for employees as needed.
Interact with vendors on IT's behalf and respond appropriately to meeting requests.
Assist with expense reports for employees as needed.
Order and manage office supplies.
Provide backup administrative coverage to other Executives as needed.
Build Capability to Drive Growth and Eliminate Waste. Uses appropriate tools, processes, resources to support organization.
Assist in establishing office policies and procedures.
Seek better solutions and continual improvement and may assist in establishing IT procedures.

Years and Type of Experience:
High School required, College degree preferred
3 -- 4 year relevant experience
Skills and Abilities
Facility in key functional tools
Understanding of Functional and Clorox processes is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Time management and multi-tasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
Must be able to demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
Discretion and maintenance of high level of confidentiality.
Demonstrated ability to remain professional and efficient under demanding situations.

Familiarity with Concur and Workday solutions desired but not required

Arithmetic skills a plus.
MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
High School or GED + 6 years relevant experience
College Degree + 3 years relevant experience
