The Clorox Company HR Lead Perú & Ecuador in San Isidro, Peru

The HR Lead will be accountable for the human resources processes in Peru and Ecuador and manage the local team to execute a full spectrum of human resources activities at local level. Will be responsible to ensure that the organization's current and future human resource requirements are met and that employees are managed, organized, trained, and rewarded in accordance with company´s global guidelines, programs and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and roll out of people strategies through both countries.

  • Be the HR leader and voice in the countries, providing HR perspective on business discussions.

  • Understand business challenges/opportunities (both internally and externally) and support local leaders in driving a growth culture

  • Deliver HR expertise on projects and ensure projects/priorities are coordinated and aligned to the Andean strategy

  • Integrate people processes across functions at local level

  • Collaborate to ensure the proper selection of the best talent in the market coordinating with Talent Acquisition group

  • Develop and support all the Local recruitment processes for production hourly employees.

  • Develop and execute a Trainings Programs based on local needs

  • Coordinate local teams aligned with compensation process for administrative employees

  • Maintain continuous communication with the legal labor entities to mitigate any labor compliance

  • Coordinate with PS (Plant manager) the relationship with union or collective organizations

  • Deliver S&B budget & LRP budget across the country

  • Develop and update HR policies & procedures in order to achieve business objectives and be in compliance (ICC)

  • Engagement survey logistics and post analysis

  • Implement engagement programs & actions plans at local level

  • Continuous engagement monitoring and improvement through creative activities

Years and Type of Experience

  • 8 to 10 years in HR in multi-national environment

  • At least 3 years leading HR Processes. People management experience highly preferred

  • Comfortable working in matrix organization and dealing with multiple stakeholders

  • Flexibility in dealing with ambiguity and ah-hoc requests

  • HR generalist experience

  • University degree or above. Ideally in behavioral science, business or human resources.

  • English- must be strong in both written and verbal

  • Solid expertise in Peru & Ecuador Employment Legislation
