eCommerce Trade Marketing Assistant Manager

The position will be leading online digital shelf, digital media planning, shopper marketing and to provide offline channels trade marketing support. You will be reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager and works closely with e-Commerce Sales Manager and Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities:

  • Digital shelf management. Lead the digital shelf online. Requires coordinating with external vendors and internal brand team to collect, organize, improve and disseminate and publish branded content. Implement SEO best practices and strategies across all brand copy and images. Ratings & Reviews planning and execution (sampling, influencers, etc.).The content management element of the role requires modifying product descriptions and brand information for individual sites and ensuring publication on customers' systems. This is specialized work that involves large amounts of data, seeking information from various sources as well as an element of business judgment for what information to publish with customers.

  • Shopper marketing & digital media planning (and buying). Work with Trade Marketing and Marketing to develop shopper marketing and media plan for e-businesses. Manage elements of media planning and booking, as well as creative execution. Improve performance of SEO and SEM campaigns including bidding, adding keywords, campaign and keyword optimization and analysis. Develop site-specific merchandising/shopper marketing programs and ensure they are implemented with excellence, track performance vs plans and work with Sales and Trade Marketing to adjust plans. This requires thought leadership and strong analytical skills to advise on plan adjustments to best drive sales results.

  • Offline channels trade marketing support. Attend select customization & Seasonal gifting project meetings to ensure to capture customer's demand and promotional opportunities synced with KR sales strategy. Support creating Pharmacy channel and Costco POP materials.

Position requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Years and Type of Experience:

  • 3-5+ years sales or marketing experience in digital, online, media or marketing based advertising solutions.

  • Preferred: Prior experience managing eCommerce content. Additional experience managing execution of digital marketing or shopper marketing programs desired.
