Job Overview/Summary

This position plays a role in supporting & executing overall trade marketing activities including sales planning, OMNI channel data analytics support, POSM development, digital shelf creation support in Korea.

Assistant Trade Marketing Manager reports to Trade Marketing manager to drive the efficient & excellent trade marketing activities. This role is also required to work closely with Sales & Marketing managers to ensure to understand customer requirement, business environment, brand equity, and overall 360 ATL/BTL consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting in sales planning, including:

-Developing the selling tools/materials necessary to deliver the trade marketing & sales plan

-Supporting select customization project: specs, KR label, SPARC system, etc.

-Assisting in the development, tracking, and prioritization of AMPS objectives

-Assisting NPD launch & NOC plan

Supporting OMNI channel data analytics

-Updating monthly and quarterly sales analytic reports based on sell in/sell out data

-Supporting in tracking and score-carding for actionable insights on site pricing, promotions, competitior’s activities, etc.

-Assisting in communicating sales inputs as needed into S&OP process

Supporting offline POSM development

-Supporting creating customer requirements for POP materials and designing special display vehicles for offline channels (Olive Young, Costco, Pharmacy, and new distribution channels.)

Supporting online digital shelf development

-Supporting promotion page and banner creation for Ecommerce and Olive Young online mall in accordance with accordance with brand equity/communication guideline and marketing priorities

Key Skills, Abilities and Experience Required

Required: Bachelor’s degree or above

2+ years of experience in trade marketing or sales planning

Highly proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Fluent level of English

Preferred: 2+ year of experience in FMCG industry
