Your role at Clorox:

Provide technical support to new initiatives such as, new products, cost saving projects and new packaging machinery. Coordinates and aligns the technical definitions of projects and initiatives within Production packaging lines and Process formulation. Lead Technical transfer, Experimental Order and Plant Qualification for new projects.

Provide technical support assistant for manufacturing issues. Identify, test, evaluate and implement cost saving projects. Responsible for the qualification of new alternatives supplier and new co packer. Serves as a technical liaison between PSO and R&D for new product/launches/initiatives.

This person is responsible to manage and maintain the correct conversations with the local integrator in order to coordinate the technical work that is needed for the execution of the SLA plan.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the Plant Qualification and Experimental Order for new initiative launches, including organization of meetings, develop technical project timeline, closing meetings, using processes developed by Production Services LATAM.

  • Develop and deploy standard operating procedure for new process/products established.

  • Serves as a point of accountability between Integration, Mfg, SCL and R&D for new products/launches/initiatives.

  • People Management Process (My GPS,IDP, Career interest, etc).

  • Ensure all DQ and PDM process for all the projects that affect directly the local operation. Lead and execute all DQ and PDM for the lead by Pr. Svs.

  • Support the technical requirements of the cluster of Production Services LATAM.

  • Support the CCEM process for Ideas generation, technical follow up, Support all Supply assurance projects BCP of the business.

  • Plan and control local Budget of tests and T&E related to local initiatives. SWP Pr. Svs. Control and Spend. Local / Regional Budget Control and Spend.

What we look for:

  • Experience related with Operations (Mfg, Eng, etc): 3-5 years

  • Experience in project management: 2-3 years

  • Experience in technical work (Packaging/Process): 2-3 years

Education Level/Degree:

  • University Degree BS Science / Eng (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, etc.)
