Lead the demand processes of Puerto Rico & Caricom Business
Lead and coordinate eS&OP process, ensure process discipline with multifunctional stakeholders, lead the meetings (Alignment, Supply, Demand & Sign Off)
Assure each monthly sign off and financial forecast are documented all assumptions and fully agree with General Manager and management team.
Assure any changes to agree volume must be approved by Op Planning before Finances release an official number
Develop fiscal year forecasts during the business planning cycle, work with the Marketing, Sales, Product Supply, and Finance to fully understand proposed fiscal year plans and implications in order to prepare a robust financial volume exercise considering inputs as Baseline, Building Blocks, Market Share, Innovation, etc.
Foster cross-functional discussion to improve the quality and effective interpretation of inputs for developing the demand forecast.
Improve forecast accuracy and BIAS by effectively analyzing sources of forecast error and recommending appropriate action plans
Key Skills, Abilities and Experience Required
3-5 years including strong knowledge of Planning, Demand. Forecast management experience. S&OP process.
Some experience in financial process
Leadership, Communication, Negotiation, team working
Bachelor Degree: IMA, ChE, IME, ISE.
Bachelor’s Degree, College Diploma, or Equivalent
