Your role at Clorox:

Reporting to Director People& Technology, this role owns the reporting strategy and execution in the key People& systems of Workday and ServiceNow. This role is the primary owner of responding to new reporting requests through the HR Service Desk (ServiceNow ticket queue) and will coordinate regularly with People Analytics to meet stakeholders’ requests. The ideal candidate will be curious and inquisitive, have strong critical thinking and analytical skills, will thrive managing concurrent projects while working with a global team to drive outcomes and will enjoy informing and influencing stakeholders with data and insights.

In this role, you will:

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday reporting, providing guidance to the People& team and implementing best practices.

  • Own and manage the Workday reporting service queue, responding to users’ reporting requests in a timely an efficient manner.

  • Support operational analysis for HR Partners with new or existing Workday reporting, discovery boards, and worklets.

  • Lead collaborative efforts with stakeholders to define data/report requirements, design, develop and deliver reporting solutions.

  • Develop complex reporting through composite and matrix reports, calculated field, report groups and report drilling.

  • Organize and manage custom reports in Workday to minimize ad-hoc requests and to ensure consistency in naming, descriptions, and tagging.

  • Configure, maintain, and support key operational dashboards in Workday and ServiceNow.

  • Provide training and guidance to end-users to support self-service reporting and data literacy.

  • Regularly review and optimize report performance for efficiency and accuracy.

  • Know the latest Workday releases, trends, and industry-standard methodologies, proactively seeking opportunities for reporting optimization and process improvements.

What we look for:

  • At least 3 years of experience in business intelligence reporting, advanced reporting and analytics or similar.

  • At least 2 years of experience with Workday Reporting; certification is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM and related business processes, with a focus on report development. Understanding of Workday security is highly desired.

  • Great communication skills. English, advanced.

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Predictive Analytics.

  • Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Excel (i.e. building macro-enabled sheets).

  • Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance.

  • Good attention to detail and dedication to maintaining data accuracy and security.

  • Highest level of professional maturity to work with confidential and sensitive data.
