Your role at Clorox:

Posición basada en Monterrey con viajes a Reynosa, Nuevo Laredo y Tamaulipas

El Business Advisor será responsable de colaborar efectivamente con su Gerente Regional en el desarrollo de estrategia comercial para sus clientes y JBP´s para cumplir objetivos de venta de las cuentas asignadas, así como la ejecución con excelencia en puntos de venta de la cadena para desarrollo de nuestras categorías y marcas para acelerar el crecimiento en volumen y Share.

In this role, you will:

  • Definir e implementar estrategias y JBP para cumplir objetivos de venta de las cuentas clave, así como la negociación, gestión de la venta a clientes en el estado de Monterrey y ejecución en puntos de venta Multicanal desarrollando nuestras categorías y marcas para acelerar el crecimiento en volumen y Share.

  • Establecer KPI´s que ayuden a identificar oportunidades para ganar participación de mercado- Ejecutar estrategia comercial, JBP y ejecución en puntos de venta Multicanal con alto nivel de enfoque en el Route to Market y Shopper local.

  • Coordinación de equipo de merchandising para la ejecución de exhibiciones primarias y secundarias en punto de venta desarrollando actividades tácticas para incrementar nuestra distribución numérica, ponderada y Share off Spaces.

  • Diseñar planes de corto y mediano plazo enfocando su inversión de reduced revenue a las oportunidades de mercado y categorías en las que participa Clorox con las cuentas del estado de Monterrey para garantizar el crecimiento en valor y Share en el corto y mediano plazo

  • Administración de Trade Funds, recuperación y conciliación de cartera con alta disciplina y el apego total a políticas comerciales

What we look for:

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en Ventas

  • Experiencia con Canal de Mayoreo y Canal de Autoservicio

  • Nivel de Excel - Intermedio

  • Nivel de inglés - Intermedio

  • Capacidad de negociación para manejar la demanda de los clientes y desarrollar sólidas relaciones con clientes en el corto, mediano y largo plazo.

  • Habilidades para negociación y enfoque en el logro de resultados con revisiones de negocios trimestrales.

  • Habilidades interpersonales que le permitan establecer y fortalecer las relaciones comerciales con los clientes y otras funciones para satisfacer sus necesidades y expectativas.
